I'm not so sure you can pick and choose values. My understanding is that most humans share the same odd number of ethics and that the value the individual places on those ethics is determined by the time they are twelve years old. Granted, morals come from stories, and stories come from values, so it is possible you can change a person's values with a wicked/good story. For instance the truism that everyone is motivated by self interest, ideally the first concept taught in ethics, economics, philosophy, and psychology, could be influenced by watching Star Trek, or even by teaching someone that you can use Calculus to justify the morality of your actions like Batman.

This is also assuming Morals = Beliefs.
